StatTrak™ / Souvenir SCAR-20 | Blueprint
The SCAR-20 is a semi-automatic sniper rifle that trades a high rate of fire and powerful long-distance damage for sluggish movement speed and big price tag. It has been hand painted using a blue theme to resemble an architect's blueprint.

About SCAR-20 | Blueprint
SCAR-20 | Blueprint is a Mil-Spec Grade rifle skin for the SCAR-20 from The Spectrum Collection. It comes in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred (float 0.00 to 0.75), also as StatTrak™ and as a Souvenir.
On Steam it drops from Spectrum Case. In the Spectrum Case you get it about 1 in 9 openings, at 7.15 coins per opening with the key.
On OPCASES 1 case has it. The best value is the Blue case, 1 in 2 for 10.25 coins per opening: 3.1× better odds for your money than the Spectrum Case.
How we compare: "better odds per coin" puts the chance to get the skin (any wear, StatTrak™ or not) against the price of one opening, compared with the best official case. In other words, what it costs on average to unbox it (price ÷ chance) is that many times lower. Official odds follow Valve's published odds per rarity (Mil-Spec 79.92%, Restricted 15.98%, Classified 3.2%, Covert 0.64%, knives and gloves 0.26%), shared by the skins of that rarity in the case. Steam prices change, so the numbers are a guide and are updated daily.
